29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 08, 2013, and at time prior there to, employees of the subcontractor were observed on the roof of a residential dwelling without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet to the ground below. Salazar Roofing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 775281, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 622 SW Bishop Road. Lawton, OK 73501. and Salazar Roofing & Construction was also previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standards or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314934555, citation number 01, item 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/02/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 801 North Peters, Norman, OK 73069.
