On or about December 15, 2012, an employee using a Hitachi NR83A2 pneumatic air nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris. b. On or about December 15, 2012, an employee using a Bostich pneumatic air nail gun was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris.

On or about December 15, 2012, on the 2nd floor, three employees performing framing operations were not protected from an 11 feet 6-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternate fall protection.
