On the south wall adjacent to the overhead door, the Siemens electric panel, 120/208V, 200 Amps, had a unused opening on the bottom right of the panel.     b. On the south wall adjacent to the overhead door, the metal light switch had a unused opening on the bottom of the box and the live conductors were visible.    c.  On the south wall adjacent to the exit door, the Siemens electric panel, 120/208V, 200 Amps, had two unused openings on the bottom of the panel at each end.    d.   On the east wall for the Baler, the Square D Safety Switch, 30 Amp, 600VAC, 250 VDS, 3 Phase, had an unused opening on the bottom of the box.
