29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Brocc Framing at 1111 Mountain Home Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before January 8, 2013, employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injury, in that employees engaged in setting roof trusses on top of a residential home had exposure to impact hazards from the suspended load while not wearing protective helmets. This condition exposed the employee's heads to impact and struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Brocc Framing at 1111 Mountain Home Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before January 8, 2013, employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in setting trusses while standing on the top plate of a 2nd level wall of a residential home had exposure to a fall hazard from not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet.
