29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Brocc Framing, Inc. at 1949 Rolling Wind Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees sheathing the roof of a new single family home did not wear fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) Brocc Framing, Inc. at 1949 Rolling Wind Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that an employee used a step ladder to access the second level of a two story, single family home. The step ladder was several feet too short and the employee had to lower himself onto the top of the step ladder to come down. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
