Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) At 37801 Hwy 43 Thomasville, Alabama: On or about January 9, 2013 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards of 10.4 feet to the ground below in that he failed to provide fall protection to employees engaged in roofing activities.
