Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) 7670 Vaughn Road, Montgomery AL; On or about May 16, 2013 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to climb up the side of a two buck high scaffold - 13'2" without the use of a ladder or other means of safe access.
