29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 2421 Anna Lee Avenue, Brentwood, MO 63144: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to conduct construction activities at a level greater than 6 feet without using any fall protection systems. On 7/22/2021 employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 13 feet above the lower level without using any fall protection systems such as net systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety monitor system, or guardrail systems.
