29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face. (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a)): a.) Leafguard of Lake Erie dba Bauer Specialty, 135 E 38th Street, Erie, PA -Sprayer was required to wear a 3M brand, tight-fitting, air purifying respirator during spray foam installation operations. On or about January 16, 2013, the seal between the tight-fitting respirator facepiece and the employee's face was compromised by facial hair.
