The metal studs extended above the railings by approximately 4 feet.  b) Leafguard of Lake Erie, Inc. dba Bauer Specialty Insulation / 100 Erie Insurance Place, Erie, PA: On or about August 7, 2014 the company did not ensure that falling object protection was in place at the window opening of room 209 to prevent equipment such as measuring devices and tools that were being used from falling to the ground.
