29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: 1075 Brooksgate Manor, Kirkwood: Four employees on a residential roof approximately 10 feet 4 inches from ground level were exposed to fall hazards where the harnesses they wore were not connected to any anchor point. The competent person did not have an alternative plan in place. NATIONAL DESIGNS & EXTERIORS INC WAS PRVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) CONTAINED IN INSPECTION NUMBER 314281759 CITATION 1 ITEM 3 ISSUED ON 07/12/2010 AND INSPECTION NUMBER 314419052 CITATION 1 ITEM 2 ISSUED ON 07/27/2010.
