29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     a)  Head repair Area, Mecano MET S.A. Bilbao Mill Model: ST33B S/N: 170483, On or about January 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto employees are exposed to an unguarded rotating chuck when using a mill to machine aircraft engine components.         b)  Head Repair Area, Clausing Drill Press Model: 2273 S/N: 513433, On or about January 17, 2013,  and at times prior thereto employees are exposed to an unguarded rotating chuck when using a mill to machine aircraft engine components.         c)  SMP Machining Area, Enco Mill, Asset # 2437, On or about January 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto employees are exposed to an unguarded rotating chuck when using a mill to machine aircraft engine components.         d)  PMA Rockford Belt Sander Model: 611P, S/N: 9J6-067, On or about January 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto employees are exposed to an ingoing nip point measuring approximately 1/4 inch between the sanding belt and the housing while grinding down steel rods for aircraft engine pistons.
