29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 17, 2013, on the roof, the employer did not ensure that each employee working and walking on wood rafters and ceiling joist within 2-feet of leading edge, with unprotected sides and edges of the roof, were protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems; exposing employees to the hazards of falls from an elevation of approximately 9 - 15 feet to lower levels below.
