29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 2 Adams Farm Rd Shrewsbury, MA: On or about January 14, 2013, employees were observed walking on and working from the sill plate (s) of the residence being built without any fall protection which subjected them to a fall in excess of 8 feet to the (open) basement floor below which is not in accordance with this subpart: Mota Construction Corp. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313209363 which became final order on May 10, 2011 with respect to a violation at 900 Madison Pl in Shrewsbury, MA.
