This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    On or about January 23, 2013, at the facility, where the employer did not ensure the written hazard communication program was maintained.  The employers written hazard communication program had not been reviewed and/or revised on an annual basis e.g. program last review and/or revise date was April 8, 1998.  As a result the maintenance shop used and maintained petroleum, oil and lubricants that were not included in the program.
