The ingoing nip point was on the operators side of the machine, and it was composed of a rotating hortizontal belt and shaft.  b)   Unguarded horizontal belt at the stacking section of 66" Ward die-cutter;  On or about January 23, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed his employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were permitted to work within 2'-3' of an exposed ingoing nip point.  The ingoing nip point was on the operators side of the machine, and it was composed of a rotating hortizontal belt and shaft.
