29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 26690 Fiscue Ct Daphne, Alabama: On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working on a 6:12 pitch roof had fall protection in place to prevent them from falls of 9.5 feet to the ground below. THE MESQUITE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION WAS PRVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 432572, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON July 20, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3483 WOODWARD LANE MOBILE, ALABAMA.
