Mesquite Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspections number 844085, citation numbers 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Fescue Court, Lot 4326690, Daphne, AL; inspection number 711319, citation numbers 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 26685 Fescue Court, Daphne, AL; and inspection number 432572, citation numbers 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3483 Woodward Lane, Mobile, AL.
