29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On 01/31/2013, employees working on roof top of a porch and ground level were not provided with protective helmet. The employees were exposed to head injuries as the result of debris, tools and heavy bundles of roofing supplies positioned on the main roof top.
