29 CFR 1910.144(a)(3): Yellow markings were not used for designating caution and for marking physical hazards such as striking against, stumbling, falling, tripping and "caught in between":  a) At the dock area by the grinding system; Employees were exposed to caught in between hazards in the area where the semi trailers back up to the dock area at the grinders. An employee suffered a crushing injury when he was caught between the back of the trailer and the stationary dock area.
