29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: JOB SITE: New Construction, next to 138 Cheri Court and across from 123 Dauphine Drive, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367, at this work site, workers were observed on top of the new home construction, approximately 10 feet 1 inch, eave to ground level, actively installing new roof shingles, and were not protected with eye or face protective equipment while operating pneumatic nail guns. The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
