29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:                                                     On or about February 5, 2013, employee operating an aerial lift at a commercial building located at 1700 Zaragoza in El Paso, TX, were not wearing any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employee to falls and struck-by hazards.
