29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Workplace, Food Prep area- Exit access leading from the food preparation and sink area towards a 36" wide exit door was blocked to approximately 17" inches by stacked boxes of merchandise; on or about 02/05/13. b) Workplace, Receiving and Storage Area- Exit access leading from the loading dock and merchandise storage area to the 36" wide emergency exit was blocked to approximately 23" by a cart filled with boxes of merchandise, a Yale Skid Steer and a floor cleaning machine; on or about 02/05/13. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: a) Workplace, Receiving and Storage Area- circuit breaker boxes housing all power including, but not limited to, store lights, refridgeration systems and trash compactor were blocked by cleaning supplies, plastic trays, a skid steer and two shopping carts of store merchandise; on or about 02/05/13. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
