29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Tahoe Lot 8-49, Second Story Sub-Floor: On 2-12-13 and at times prior thereto, three workers without fall protection performed a framing activity on the 11 feet 4 inch high second story sub-floor. PC construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 656918, citation number 01, Item number 002a, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 567 Gable St, Meridian, ID. NOTE: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item.
