29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Jobsite: On August 14, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees engaged in framing activities, including but not limited to using pneumatic nail guns, were not wearing eye protection.   NOTE: Certification of abatement is NOT required for this item. Corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wears eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses:   a) Jobsite: On August 14, 2019 and at times prior thereto an employee performed framing activities which required the use of a pneumatic nail gun, without prescription eye protection or without eye protection that could be worn over the prescription lenses.   NOTE: Certification of corrective action is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) On August 14, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee engaged in truss installation while framing a new residential unit was exposed to fall hazards of 8-18 feet with no fall protection.   NOTE: Certification of Corrective Action is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used:  a) Jobsite: On August 14, 2019 and at times prior thereto an employee performing framing activities on a 6:12 pitch roof did not recognize or acknowledge the hazard of working without a fall protection system in place. The employees did not take action to minimize the fall hazards of 8-18 feet.   Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
