Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item

29 CFR 1926.850(c): All electric, gas, water, steam, sewer, and other service lines were not shut off, capped, and/or otherwise controlled, outside the building line before demolition work was started. (a) 1920-1928 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho: On or about February 12, 2013, and at time prior thereto, the controlling contractor Ramsey Construction LLC did not ensure that his sub-contractor was protected and/or protected their employees from highly toxic components of sewer gas. Sewer gas can also contain methane, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides while performing demolition activities. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
