The pulley was not guarded; on or about 1/13/13. b) Worksite, Sewing Department: Employees operating Sewing Machine - JUKI (Model #LU563 / Serial #N42003) to sew leather material were not protected from having right hand fingers being caught in the ingoing nip points created by the rotating pulley and belt.
