This was equivalent to a sound level of 96 dBA. Sampling was conducted on February 12, 2013, for 460 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for 20 minutes to total 480 minutes. The employee's last audiometric test was provided on November 1, 2011.      (d) On or about April 24, 2013, in the assembly area, for an employee using hand held drills to drill holes in fiberglass reinforced plastic bus seats, that was exposed to a dose of 85.4% measured on a 80 dBA threshold dosimeter. This was equivalent to a sound level of 89 dBA. Sampling was conducted on April 24, 2013, for 352 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for 128 minutes to total 480 minutes.  The employee's last audiometric test was provided on September 22, 2011. (g) On or about February 12, 2013, in the buffing area of assembly, there was a plastic cup of white gellcoat containing Luperox DDM-9 containing methyl ethyl ketone peroxide that was not labeled.  (h) On or about February 12, 2013, in the buffing area of assembly, there were two plastic cups of about one pint that contained Prestz Ultra Cutting Creme 131901 containing mineral spirits was not labeled.   (i) On or about February 12, 2013, in the texture booth, there was a five gallon safety can containing acetone that was not labeled.  (j) On or about February 12, 2013, in the texture booth, a pint sized squeeze bottle of Luperox DDM-9 containing methyl ethyl ketone peroxide that was not labeled.
