29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) On or about 2/13/13 at the Post Office located at Niagara University; while an employee was working on the edge of the canopy roof, the safety monitor left the area to haul debris to a dumpster. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
