(a) At Naval Base Guam, Building 6A, on or about February 14, 2013, eye protection was not worn and gloves were not used while rolling on Sherwin Williams A-100 latex exterior finish paint onto the exterior of building. The material safety data sheet stated avoid contact with skin and eyes.
