29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: On or about February 14, 2013, the trailer rented from Tanmar Rentals, LLC had a 50 foot cord underneath the trailer which was being held up by poultry netting, this did not ensure it from being damaged. This condition exposed employees to potential electrical hazards.
