29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:   On or about October 22, 2019, at Cactus Rig #139, the employer did not ensure that the sewer pumps from the Mud Logger trailer to the crew house, and to water wagon were connected/installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. Three extension cords (25ft. red extension cord into 10 AWG 3 way splitter cord) were connected in series, daisy chained, to one another. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.  TanMar Rentals, LLC were previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044457, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/15, with respect to a workplace located at Rig 138, 7.68 miles SW of Mentone, Pecos, Texas 79772.
