On or about January 29, 2013, in Building #537:     a) A Holmes Floor Heater was utilized to heat the Maintenance Shop.  The heater was utilized while a Paper Bag of Almandite Garnet (CAS #1302-62-1) was stored on an adjacent table.  The paper bag represented a combustible hazard.    This item was corrected during the inspection.
