29 CFR 1910.305(e)(2): Switches, circuit breakers, and switchboards. Switches, circuit breakers, and switchboards installed in wet locations were not enclosed in weatherproof enclosures. On or about January 30, 2013, Northwest Corner of USPFO Warehouse #569: a) A 277 Volt Circuit Breaker Panel and receptacle outlet were exposed to moisture leaking into the warehouse from an open roof cap. Neither the panel nor the outlet were enclosed in a weatherproof enclosure. This item was corrected during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. On or about January 30, 2013, USPFO Warehouse #569: a) The roof cap to the Warehouse was left open letting in moisture and snow. This represented a slip, trip and fall hazard for employees in the Warehouse. This item was corrected during the inspection.
