29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers were not serviced so that sanitary conditions are maintained. On or about January 09, 2013, and times prior thereto, two unsanitized 5 gallon plastic jugs were being refilled and used with tap water to supply drinking water to Border Patrol Agents at immigration checkpoint near Sierra Blanca. The plastic jugs did not have proper seals. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
