29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Monmouth Ave. & 3rd St., Spring Lake, West side of residence: An employee installing siding on the third floor gable wall of a residence under construction was not provided with fall protection, as such the employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 24 feet. Observed on or about 02/22/13. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
