29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Employees did not receive training on any other operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee was trained to operate and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d). On or about 03/04/2013 at the Connecticut River Academy Construction Project, an employee was operating a rough terrain fork truck and had not been trained on the manufacturer's operating manual nor had been trained on the instructions and warnings labels that were on the fork truck.
