29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) For the construction site at 425 E. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33508, as observed on or about 03/04/2013, employees of Hawkins Construction were exposed to exposed, uncapped rebar in the area they walked, and were at risk of bruises, puncture wounds, or impalement from falling onto exposed rebar.
