Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by personal fall protection system. a) Wanaque & Babcock Place, POMPTON LAKES: Employees engaged in roofing activities on an 6 on 12 pitch roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the concrete below. Observed on or about 4/16/2023
