29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure: JOB SITE: 2930 Clearview Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63121, at this work site, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 pitch roof, approximately 12 feet 6 eave to ground level, using alternative fall protection, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The workers were using toeboards/slide guards as the sole means of fall protection.
