29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: 263 Farmington Ave., Farmington, CT06030: On or about 03/14/2013 the employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions, in that employees were removing a stucco type suspended ceiling did not have appropriate instruction on how to remove the ceiling which resulted in large section of the ceiling collapses and causing non life threating injuries to employees.
