29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: a) Building Systems, Inc. / 1230 Townhall Road West, Erie, PA: On or about March 14, 2013, Second story area The openings between the metal stud construction created wall openings. These wall openings were only guarded by a single railing which did not meet standard railing requirements. Other fall protection measures were not utilized as a means of protection.
