29 CFR 1926.250(b)(1): Material inside buildings under construction was stored within 6 feet of hoist ways or inside floor opening: a) Throughout of the Mezzanine Level - Materials, such as but not limited to sheets of plywood, tools and scrap debris, used by the carpenters were stored on the mezzanine level directly at the edge of the floor exposing workers working below to a struck by hazard, on or about 03/13/13. b) Carpenters were observed walking next the edge of the mezzanines floor where materials were stored with one foot from the floors edge exposing them to struck-by hazards, on or about 03/13/13.
