Crossbraces were used as a means of access: a) At 209 Durham Lakes Parkway, Lot 1 Durham Lakes Country Club, Fairburn, Georgia: On or about July 11, 2019 and times prior; the employer failed to provide a ladder for employees to access the working level of a two buck high scaffold exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13.5 feet to the ground below.
