29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: Employees operating drilling rig #4 located at SEC 11, TWP 34, R 8, Attica, Kansas were exposed to fire hazards in that there were no functional fire extinguishers on the drilling floor in the following locations: a) Fire extinguisher mounted on the doghouse near the door. The fire extinguisher was not charged and the handle was broken. b) Fire extinguisher mounted on the drill deck motor. The fire extinguisher was not charged.
