29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by moving parts of equipment: Jobsite located at SEC 11, TWP 34, R 8, Attica, KS; employees working in the area of the Continental Emsco mud pump were exposed to struck by/caught in hazards created by the reciprocating pony rod. There were two unguarded openings measuring approximately 21 inches by 11 inches in the metal casing of the mud pump.
