29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    a) 31 New St., Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Employees without any means of fall protection were working from a welded frame scaffold platform being exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet, on or about 2/26/2013.      D&J Masonry and Framing LLC was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314679408, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 350-354 Broad Ave., Leonia NJ 07605.
