29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: On the jobsite located at Farmers' Cooperative: The employer failed to ensure that a yellow 50 foot flexible lighting cord fixtures did not have live parts that exposed employees to incidental contact. The cord was being used for lighting inside of the jobsite storage trailer and was plugged in to an outside generator.
