29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about 25 March 2013, the employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguishers were identified and mounted such that they were readily accessible to employee(s) during an emergency. The fire extinguisher at the back of the room, by Production Line # 1 in the Fill Room was not mounted. Emergency access to the fire extinguisher was hindered as the fire extinguisher was standing on the floor, underneath a horizontal conveyor belt.
