29 CFR 1910.106(b)(4)(ii): Vents for tanks inside buildings were not as provided in subparagraphs (2)(iv), (v), (vi)(b), and (3)(iv) of this paragraph:    The Penray Companies, Inc. did not ensure that the aboveground storage tanks had some form of device that relieved excessive internal pressure caused by exposure fires.     (A) On February 18, 2016, the emergency relief vent on the atmospheric storage tank V-6, containing heptane, located in the blending room, was not replaced once activated but instead the break links was replaced with a wire.     (B) On February 18, 2016 the emergency relief vent on the atmospheric storage tank V-7, containing acetone, located in the blending room, was not replaced once activated instead the the break link was replaced with a nail.
